Materiały orkiestrowe zostaną udostępnione przez inspektora orkiestry w odpowiedzi na przesłane zgłoszenie.
Wybrani kandydaci zostaną zaproszeni na przesłuchanie, które odbędzie się dnia 24 czerwca 2023, o godz. 10.00 w siedzibie Opery Wrocławskiej: ul. Świdnicka 35, 50-066 Wrocław.

Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych przez Operę Wrocławską:
1. Administrator danych:
Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Opera Wrocławska, z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (dalej: my). Może się Pan/Pani z nami skontaktować listownie na adres: ul. Świdnicka 35, 50-066 Wrocław
2. Inspektor ochrony danych:
Wyznaczyliśmy inspektora ochrony danych. Jest to osoba, z którą może się Pan/Pani kontaktować we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych oraz korzystania z przysługujących Pani/Panu praw związanych z przetwarzaniem danych. Z inspektorem można się kontaktować w następujący sposób:

3. Cele przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych:
Będziemy przetwarzać Pani/Pana dane osobowe w następujących celach:
1) związanych z realizacją obecnie prowadzonych procesów rekrutacyjnych,
2) udzielania odpowiedzi na Pani/Pana pisma, skargi i wnioski,
3) wykonywania obowiązków wynikających z ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001 r. o dostępie do informacji publicznej.
4. Podstawa prawna przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych:
1) niezbędność do wykonania umowy lub do podjęcia działań na Pani/Pana żądanie przed zawarciem umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),
2) konieczności wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO).
5. Okres przechowywania Pani/Pana danych osobowych:
Będziemy przechowywać Pani/Pana dane zawarte w:
1) w dokumentacji kadrowej, podatkowej lub księgowej - do momentu wygaśnięcia obowiązków przechowywania danych wynikających z przepisów szczególnych,
2) inne dane osobowe będą przechowywane do momentu przedawnienia roszczeń z tytułu umowy.
6. Odbiorcy Pani/Pana danych osobowych
Będziemy przekazywać Pani/Pana dane osobowe
1) Organom, podmiotom publicznym uprawnionym do uzyskania danych na podstawie obowiązujących przepisów prawa, np. sądom, organom ściągania, lub instytucjom państwowym, gdy wystąpią z żądaniem, w oparciu o stosowną podstawę prawną,
2) W zakresie niezbędnym - Wnioskodawcom, działającym na podstawie ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001 r. o dostępie do informacji publicznej,
7. Przekazywanie danych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy
Pani /Pana dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy.
8. Prawa związane z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych
Przysługują Panu/Pani następujące prawa związane z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych:
1) prawo dostępu do Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
2) prawo żądania sprostowania Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
3) prawo żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
4) prawo do przenoszenia Pani/Pana danych osobowych, tj. prawo otrzymania od nas Pani/Pana danych osobowych, w ustrukturyzowanym, powszechnie używanym formacie informatycznym nadającym się do odczytu maszynowego. Może Pani/Pan przesłać te dane innemu administratorowi danych lub zażądać, abyśmy przesłali Pani/Pana dane do innego administratora. Jednakże zrobimy to tylko, jeśli takie przesłanie jest technicznie możliwe.
Podanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do zawarcia i realizacji umowy oraz wykonywania przez administratora prawnie uzasadnionych obowiązków. 9. Prawo wniesienia skargi do organu.

Selected candidates will be invited to an audition, which will take place on 24 June, 2023, at 10.00 at the headquarters of the Wrocław Opera: ul. Świdnicka 35, 50-066 Wrocław.

1. Data controller:

3. Purposes of processing your personal data:
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
1) executing the currently conducted recruitment processes;
2) replying to your letters, complaints and requests,
3) fulfilling the obligations arising from the Public Information Access Act of 6 September 2001.
4. Legal basis for processing your personal data:
1) the necessity to perform the agreement or to take action at your request before entering into the agreement (Article 6, Section 1, Letter b of the GDPR);
2) the necessity to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6, Section 1, Letter c of the GDPR).
5. The storage period of your personal data:
We will store your data contained included in:
1) personnel, tax or accounting documentation - until the expiry of data retention obligations under specific provisions;

7. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area:
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
8. Rights in relation to the processing of personal data:
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
1) the right of access to your personal data;
2) the right to request the rectification of your personal data;
3) the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
4) the right to the portability of your personal data, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable computer format. You may send such data to another controller or request that we send your data to another controller. However, we will only do so if such transfer is technically possible.
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the agreement and fulfil the legally justified obligations by the data controller. To exercise the above rights, please contact us or our Data Protection Officer (contact details provided in points 1 and 2 above).
9. The right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority:
You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
