Dyrekcja Opery Wrocławskiej zaprasza na przesłuchanie do następujących ról w inscenizacji opery "Faust" Ch. Gounoda (premiera w kwietniu 2019):

• Małgorzata (do przygotowania aria "O Dieu que de bijoux"),
• Mefistofeles (do przygotowania aria "Le veau d'or est toujours debout!" oraz serenada "Vous qui faites l'endormie"),

Przesłuchanie odbędzie się 16 stycznia 2019 r. o godz. 14.00 w Operze Wrocławskiej.
Zgłoszenia tylko za pośrednictwem formularza prosimy przesyłać do 21 grudnia 2018 r.

Opera Wrocławska odpowie tylko na wybrane zgłoszenia.

„Zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. A, B i D ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z o4.05.2016 r.) wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych dla potrzeb realizacji przesłuchań do następujących ról w inscenizacji opery "Faust" Ch. Gounoda (premiera w kwietniu 2019).

Realizując dyspozycję art. 13 RODO informuję, że:

• Administratorem danych osobowych jest Opera Wrocławska, ul. Świdnicka 35, 50-066 Wrocław. 
• Opera Wrocławska wyznaczyła Inspektora Ochrony Danych. Jest nim Pan Piotr Schmidt.
• Celem zbierania danych jest zapewnienie by proces rekrutacji przebiegał sprawnie.
• Każdemu kandydatowi do pracy przysługuje prawo dostępu do treści danych oraz ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo sprzeciwu, zażądania zaprzestania przetwarzania i przenoszenia danych, jak również prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie oraz prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
• Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do zapewnienia prawidłowego realizowania czynności w ramach rekrutacji. W przypadku niepodania danych nie będzie możliwe wzięcie udziału w rekrutacji.
• Dane osobowe nie będą udostępniane podmiotom trzecim.
• Dane osobowe nie będą podlegały profilowaniu.
• Opera Wrocławska nie ma zamiaru przekazywać danych osobowych do państwa trzeciego lub organizacji międzynarodowej.
• Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres rekrutacji oraz trzy miesiące po jej zakończeniu. Po upływie tych terminów wszelkie dane zostaną zniszczone."

The Management of Wroclaw Opera is seeking singers to perform the following roles in the new production of "Faust" by Ch. Gounod (premiere in April 2019):

• Marguerite (aria "O Dieu que de bijoux" is required),
• Mephistopheles (both aria "Le veau d'or est toujours debout!" and serenade "Vous qui faites l'endormie" are required),

The auditions will be held at 2 pm on January, 16th 2018, at Wroclaw Opera.

• Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to ensure the correct implementation of recruitment activities. If you do not provide data, you will not be able to participate in recruitment.
