About the concert
The Moniuszko Concert at the Wrocław Opera offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of works by the father of Polish national opera - Stanisław Moniuszko (1819–1872). In his legacy, the composer left behind not only the brilliant Halka and The Haunted Manor, but also many other stage and sacred works, instrumental pieces, as well as the particularly noteworthy Home Songbook. The September concert is a great opportunity to discover Stanisław Moniuszko’s lesser-known compositions.
The project is co-financed with funds from the budget of the Lower Silesian Province.
