• The Wrocław Opera is the controller of the names and email addresses you provided on the website in order to subscribe to the newsletter, which contains information about the Opera’s activities and offerings.
• The basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest of Wrocław Opera (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in promoting its own activities, including providing information about events. Personal data will be processed for this purpose until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
• Furthermore, the law requires your consent to the sending of commercial communications. In the case of the newsletter, this consent is obtained by you providing your email address for the purpose of receiving the newsletter. You may withdraw your consent by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
• Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
• In connection with this processing, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified, erased, or to restrict its processing, and to object to the processing by unsubscribing from the newsletter. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
• Personal data is transferred to FreshMail Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków. This company assists the Wrocław Opera in distributing the newsletter.

• The Wrocław Opera is the data controller for the personal data you provide when making a donation, primarily your bank account number.
• This data will be processed for the purpose of performing (settling) the donation agreement (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and for the period necessary to maintain tax and accounting records in accordance with the law and to fulfil other legal obligations incumbent on the Opera regarding the handling of donations (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
• In connection with this processing, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified, erased or to restrict its processing.
• Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
• Personal data may be transferred and disclosed to entities cooperating with the Wrocław Opera, in particular to electronic payment service providers.

• The Wrocław Opera is the data controller for the personal data contained in the recruitment documents you have sent via email.
• Personal data will be processed for purposes related to the conduct of recruitment processes, responding to correspondence, complaints and requests relating to recruitment, and fulfilling obligations under the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information.
• Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, i.e. for the purpose of taking steps to enter into a contract, and in the case of an employment contract, to the extent specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, and on the basis of consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in all other respects.
• Personal data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process for which the application was submitted, and in the event of consent being given to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment, for 12 months or until consent is withdrawn. After this period, personal data may be processed for the purpose of defending against claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
• Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorised to obtain such data under applicable law, e.g. courts, enforcement authorities, or state institutions, when they make a request, on the basis of an appropriate legal basis and to authorised applicants acting under the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information.

• Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal, to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
• The provision of your personal data to the extent required by Article 22(1) of the Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The provision of other data is voluntary.

• The Wrocław Opera is the controller of the personal data you provide via email or telephone.
• The Opera processes this data for the purpose of communicating with you. This enables us to respond to your messages and assist you in resolving the matters raised.
• Using the aforementioned forms of communication requires you to provide personal data necessary to contact you and respond to your enquiry (primarily your email address). The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is the pursuit of Opera Wrocław’s legitimate interest in communication and the marketing of its own services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
• You may also provide other data, e.g. to facilitate contact or the handling of your enquiry. The legal basis for the processing of such data will be your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
• Personal data will be processed for no longer than is necessary for communication, e.g. to resolve the matter you have raised. Depending on the nature of the matter, the data will also be processed for the duration of the limitation period for any potential claims. Furthermore, the data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection is upheld.
• Personal data may be transferred and disclosed to entities cooperating with Opera, in particular to providers of IT services (e.g. website hosting) and legal services.
• In connection with this processing, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified, erased or to restrict its processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time; however, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. Furthermore, you have the right to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

• The Wrocław Opera processes the personal data of individuals involved in the conclusion and performance of the contract on the part of the contracting party.
• The personal data processed by the controller includes your contact details, primarily your first name, surname, job title, work telephone number and work email address.
• Your personal data has been provided to Wrocław Opera by the Contractual Partner, as this is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between these entities. The data of partners and persons representing the Contractual Partner may also be obtained (verified) from public sources (e.g. the National Court Register (KRS) and the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG)).
• Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Wrocław Opera, namely:
  - communicating with persons involved in the performance of the contract on the Contractor’s side to ensure the proper performance of the contract,
  - verifying the correctness of the contract conclusion procedure,
  - establishing, pursuing or defending any claims arising from the contract.
• Your personal data will be processed by the Wrocław Opera for the duration of the contract and, after its expiry, for the period during which claims arising from the contract remain valid.
• Your personal data may be transferred and disclosed to entities cooperating with the Wrocław Opera in the pursuit of the purposes of personal data processing, in particular to entities providing IT support for the Wrocław Opera’s systems and to entities providing legal services.
• In connection with this processing, you have the right to request: access to your personal data; rectification; erasure; and restriction of processing. You may also lodge an objection with the Wrocław Opera regarding the processing of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data by the Wrocław Opera with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Wrocław Opera is the data controller for the personal data of users who interact with the Opera’s profiles on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram; however, the owners of these platforms also process this data. If you contact the Opera via social media, your first name, surname and photo, as well as any other information you have provided on social media and set to be visible, will be made available to the Opera. This data is shared in accordance with the privacy policies of the relevant platform, and the Opera has no control over such sharing.

Opera will respect your rights to the extent permitted by the operator of the relevant service. In all other respects, please contact the operator of the relevant service. In the case of social media, your personal data will also be processed for as long as you follow Opera’s profile. Please note that you may at any time delete your comments under posts, stop following the Firm’s profiles, or close your account on the relevant platform.

• The processing of personal data via CCTV is necessary to ensure the safety of employees, the protection of property and the confidentiality of information whose disclosure could cause harm to the Opera (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 22(2)(1) of the Labour Code).
• Your image may be recorded as part of the CCTV monitoring.
• Surveillance covers: the foyer, the ticket office, the ground floor, the fan-shaped staircase and the foyer doors, the first balcony, the door to foyer 302, the left-hand side of the foyer, the right-hand side of the foyer, the second balcony, as well as the stairs, the panoramic lift doors, the third balcony, the right-hand side of room 513, the large rehearsal room (right-hand side), the stage (through the steel curtain) , left stage gallery, right stage gallery, conductor’s podium, left and right under-stage areas, lift by the porter’s lodge, entrance door (turnstile), exit (back door), ground floor corridor, view of the server room, cash desk (inside), ticket office (inside).
• CCTV data is retained for a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of recording, unless the data collected as a result of CCTV monitoring is to be used as evidence in proceedings conducted under the law.
• The recipient of the CCTV data is a security company cooperating with the Opera.
• In connection with this processing, you have the right to request: access to your personal data; rectification of your personal data; erasure of your personal data; and restriction of processing. You may also lodge an objection with the Wrocław Opera regarding the processing of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by the Wrocław Opera with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

• When you use this website, we collect and store information such as: IP address, request URL, domain name, device ID, browser type, browser language, number of clicks, time spent on individual pages, date and time of use, operating system type and version, screen resolution, data collected in server logs, and other similar information.
• Information regarding certain user behaviours is logged at the server level. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website and to ensure the most efficient provision of hosting services.
• Viewed resources are identified by their URLs. In addition, the following data may be recorded: time of request; time of response; user hostname – identified via the HTTP protocol; information about errors that occurred during the execution of an HTTPS transaction; the URL of the page previously visited by the user if the transition to the Website occurred via a link; information about the user’s browser; information about the IP address.
