Piotr Oleksiak began his artistic career in 1986 at the Grand Theatre in Warsaw. Since 1987 he has been working at Wrocław Opera, where he was promoted to the position of ballet soloist in 1989. He has een working as a rehearsal director since 2017. His artistic achievements include many important roles, among which there are Pepe (Flamenco, Love and Death, choreography by H. Chojnacka), Devil (Pan Twardowski, choreography by W. Gruca), Prince (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, choreography by A. Majer), Petrushka (Petrushka, choreography by A. Glegolski), Miller (The Triangle Hat, choreography by L. Miassin), Alain (The Misguided Daughter, choreography by B. Kasprowicz), Jester (Cinderella, choreography by T. Kujawa), Wilfrid (Giselle, choreography by J.Coralli, J.Perrot), Mercutio (Romeo and Juliet, choreography by F. Huyer) and many others. He has participated in many foreign tours of Wrocław Opera. He also took part in Wrocław Opera Large scale events. Since 1999, he has been a member of the Association of Polish Stage Artists and, since 2006, He has worked as assistant choreographer in ballet and opera productions.
