Paulina Grodzińska was born in Gdańsk and graduated from Janina Jarzynówna-Sobczak Secondary Ballet School there. In addition, she is a laureate of the first place at the 21st Wojciech Wiesiołowski National Dance Competition. Taking part in the Golden Pointy competition, she received an invitation to the Miami International Dance Competition, in which she participated. She also was awarded in the classical category and the third place in the modern category at the Pavasaris Competition in Riga. She has participated in international workshops in, among others, Italy, Miami and Denmark. She joined Wrocław Opera in the 2021/2022 season.
