Monika Radecka, soprano, graduated with distinction from Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Faculty of Vocal and Acting Studies, where she studied in the class of Professor Ewa Biegas, PhD, DLitt (2025). She also graduated from Józef Adamowicz Conservatoire of Music in Košice, Slovakia, in two fields: dramatic acting (2020) and solo singing (2022).

Since 2025, she has been associated with Wrocław Opera, where she made her debut as Cio-Cio-San in G. Puccini’s Madama Butterfly. She also appears as Mimì in Puccini’s La Bohème, the title role in Puccini’s Suor Angelica, Rosalinde in J. Strauss’s Die Fledermaus and Countess Almaviva in W. A. Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro.

She is a prizewinner of numerous international and national vocal competitions, including Second Prize at the Antonín Dvořák International Singing Competition in Karlovy Vary; First Prize and a Special Prize at the “Voice and Villas” International Vocal Competition in Szczecin; and a distinction and Special Prize at the Adam Didur International Opera Singers’ Competition in Bytom.

For outstanding achievements in her field, she was awarded a scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in 2024.
