Kei Otsuka was born in Tokyo, Japan. He studied classical ballet at Yuriko Kawaguchi School of Ballet in Tokyo and European School of Ballet in Amsterdam. In 2014, he was selected as one of the twelve finalists of Youth America Grand Prix. He joined Wroclaw Opera Ballet in 2021 where he has performed among others: Peasant Pas de deux from Giselle, Harlequin, Spanish and corps ballet of Crystal waltz in The Nutcracker and Zanni from Don Juan. He joined the project of the Young Spirit of Dance 2021 as a guest dancer, where he performed Pas de deux from Le Corsaire. In 2023 he created his first choreography Musical Hallucinations for the Evening of Choreography Żywioły at Opera Wrocławska.
