Karolina Jankowska was born in Wrocław. In 2010, she graduated from Roman Turczynowicz State General Education Secondary Ballet School of Ballet in Warsaw. She appeared on the stage of Wrocław Opera as a student, performing in such productions as Swan Lake, Nutcracker and Snow White. After graduating, she was hired by Wrocław Opera Balle. Karolina Jankowska’s repertoire highlightsinclude Friend in Don Quixote, Friend in The Ill-guarded Daughter, Miss Juliet and Daraxa in Ballet Gala, Juliet’s Mother in Romeo and Juliet, Friend in Coppelia, Juliet in Anna Karenina. From 2007 to 2009, she received an artistic scholarship from the Mayor of Wrocław. During her education, she took part in many international competitions, at which she won prizes, including the second place at the Jugend Tanz competition in 2006 and the first place at the competition in Hradec Kralove and the second place at the Pardubice Arabesque Competition as well as the Grand Prix at the Prix Gabriel competition in Brussels in 2008.
