She graduated in violin from the Conservatorio A. Casella in L’Aquila, Italy, and studied singing with Maria Luisa Carboni at the Luisa D’Annunzio Academy of Music in Pescara, continuing her vocal studies with Nicholas Giusti and Maria Slatinaru Nistor. She also took part in masterclasses conducted by Regina Resnik, Mirella Freni, Leontina Vaduva, George Vaz de Carvallo, Luciana Serra, Renata Scotto and Teresa Żylis-Gara.

While still a student, she made her debut at Teatro Auditorium Flaiano in Pescara in Mahler’s Symphony No. 4 and as Lauretta in Puccini’s opera Gianni Schicchi. In 2004 she got to the final of the Toti Dal Monte Competition in Treviso as well as competitions in Spoleto and Toulouse. In May 2010 she became the first Polish winner of the Grand Prix at the Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition in Warsaw, also winning the Audience Prize and the prize for the best soprano.

Her repertoire includes roles like Mimi in Puccini’s La Bohème, Senta in Wagner’s The Flying Dutchman, Micaela in Bizet’s Carmen, Leila in Bizet’s The Pearl Fishers several roles in Verdi’s operas - Leonora in Il Trovatore, Elisabettain Don Carlos,  Abigaille in Nabucco andLeonora in Oberto Conte di San Bonifacio. Antonia and Giulietta in J. Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffman, in G. Puccini’s Madame Butterfly, tittle role in The Imre Kálmán’s Csárdás Princess, Leonora in L. Beethoven’s Fidelio,  Flora in G. Orefice’s Chopin, First Lady in W.A. Mozart’s The Magic Flute, Fruma Sarah in J. Stein’s, J. Bock’s and S. Harnick’s Fiddler on the roof and the part in S. Moniuszko’s Widma.

Eliza Kruszczyńska regularly works with philharmonic orchestras in Poznań, Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Kraków and Warsaw. She is also featured in a complete recording of Ignacy F. Dobrzyński’s opera Monbar conducted by Łukasz Borowicz. Since 2013 she has been a soloist with the Wrocław Opera, where she made her debut as Antonia in Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann. He appearances with the Wrocław Opera also include performances in the company’s superproductions at the Centennial Hall and Pergola. She collaborates with philharmonic orchestras and opera companies all over Poland. In July 2018 she sang in Kilar’s Magnificat at the Polish Music Festival in Kraków.
