We are pleased to inform you that gift cards for Wrocław Opera are available for purchase. A gift card makes a perfect present for a loved one, a thoughtful way to say thank you, and an ideal choice for any occasion.

Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed both at the Opera Box Office and on this website, under the Tickets > Gift Cards section.

Cards purchased online will be sent to the email address you provide immediately after payment, in PDF format.

The minimum load amount for a gift card is 100 PLN. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and may be topped up multiple times at any point during its validity period.

It is possible to purchase tickets online via the Wrocław Opera website. To do so, select the required event in the Repertoire section and click the Buy Ticket button

Online payments for ticket purchases are processed by PayU.

Ticket reservations can be made by phone at +48 71 370 88 80 or +48 507 088 997.

VAT invoices are available for business entities purchasing tickets. Individual customers may also request an invoice (within 3 months of the receipt issue date). To issue an invoice, the original fiscal receipt issued at the Box Office must be provided.

When purchasing tickets online, if you require a VAT invoice, please select the "I want a VAT invoice" option during the checkout process.

Individual tickets may be returned up to 7 days before the event, not including the day of the performance.

Group ticket returns are possible according to the following deadlines:

Up to 21 days before the event – for returns of 40 tickets or more.
Up to 14 days before the event – for returns of 20 tickets or more.
Up to 7 days before the event – for returns of fewer than 20 tickets.

Returns can be made at the Opera Box Office or via our online refund form.

Tickets can only be returned upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For tickets purchased at the Opera Box Office, refunds are processed in cash or to a payment card.

Tickets purchased using a gift card are non-refundable.
Changes to the cast of the Event do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
