In 2009, he graduated with distinction from the Vocal and Acting Faculty of Łódź Academy of Music, having studied singing under professor Krzysztof Bednarek and then under professor Piotr Miciński. In 2008, he got to the final of the 19th Halina Słoniowska Singing Competition in Duszniki-Zdrój. He was also awarded a distinction at the 1st Jan Kiepura European Tenor Competition in Sosnowiec. In addition, he participated in masterclasses conducted by outstanding artists and teachers like Ewa Iżykowska, Olga Pasiecznik, Claudio Desderi, Włodzimierz Zalewski, Ryszard Karczykowski and Piotr Łykowski. Since 2009, he has been associated with Wrocław Opera. He has taken part in numerous chamber concerts as well as performances of oratorios and operas in Poland and abroad. Aleksander Zuchowicz appears in concerts in cities like Łódź, Rzeszów, Kielce, Słupsk, Gdańsk and Wrocław, singing under outstanding conductors. His repertoire includes roles in La Traviata, Nabucco, Falstaff, Il Trovatore and Giovanna d’Arco by G. Verdi, Parsifal, The Flying Dutchman and Das Liebesverbot by R. Wagner, Cracovians and Highlanders by J.Stefani, The Haunted Manor and Halka by S. Moniuszko and Immanuel Kant by L. Możdżer. He also sings in L’elisir d’amore by G. Donizetti, Eugene Onegin by P. Tchaikovsky, I Capuleti e i Montecchi by V. Bellini, Carmen by G. Bizet, Fidelio by L. van Beethoven, Boris Godunov by M. Mussorgsky, The Tales of Hoffmann by J. Offenbach, Madama Butterfly by G. Puccini, I Pagliacci by R. Leoncavallo, Fiddler on the Roof by J. Bock, Candide by L. Bernstein, The Marriage of Figaro by W.A. Mozart and Manon by J. Massenet.
