Agata Załuska was born in Kartuzy. She is a graduate of Janina Jarzynówna-Sobczak General Education Secondary Ballet School in Gdańsk. She has participated in many dance competitions, such as Wojciech Wiesiołowski National Dance Competition and George Balanchine International Choreographic Festival in Georgia. She occupied the third place in both classical and contemporary categories at the Pavasaris competition in Riga. In addition, she received an invitation to Italy, where she took a summer course with The Bridge Pigato Contemporary ensemble. She also participated in the international dance workshops of the Royal Danish Ballet - Summer School in Copenhagen and the International Ballet Summer School Dresden in Germany. She joined the company of Wrocław Opera in the 2021/2022 season.
